4、更换整流模块注意事项

1.检查新整流模块是否有损坏。

2.松开整流模块的把手固定螺钉。

3.按压整流模块把手,待把手弹出后抓住把手将整流模块拉出机架。此时请尽量小心,刚刚退出工作的模块外壳表面温度还很高,注意

抓紧模块以免跌落损坏。

4.抓住新整流模块把手,缓慢将整流模块推进到插框,确保输入、输出插座连接良好。整流模块运行指示灯经过短时延迟后会点亮,风

扇运转。

5.检查新的整流模块工作是否正常。包括:监控模块是否能识别新整流模块;是否和其他整流模块均流;当重新拔出该整流模块时,观

察监控模块上是否有相应告警。若各项检验都正常,则更换上的整流模块运行正常。

6.将把手推进前面板以固定该整流模块。

7.固定整流模块的把手固定螺钉。

4. Notices for Replacing Rectifier Module

1. Check whether the new rectifier module is damaged.

2. Release the handle screw of the rectifier module.

3. Press the handle of the rectifier module and pull the rectifier module out of the rack when the handle pops out. At this tim

e, please be as careful as possible. The surface temperature of the shell of the module just quit work is still very high. Pay att

ention to grasping the module to avoid falling and damage.

4. Grasp the handle of the new rectifier module and slowly push the rectifier module into the socket to ensure that the inpu

t and output sockets are well connected. The rectifier module operation indicator lights up after a short delay, and the fan ru

ns.

5. Check whether the new rectifier module works properly. Including: whether the monitoring module can identify the new re

ctifier module; whether it shares the current with other rectifier modules; when the rectifier module is re-pulled out, observ
